Does the prospect know a human is monitoring the call?
No. The Live Supervisor is completely transparent to the prospect. Whether you are in listen-only mode or injecting text, the prospect hears only the AI agent's voice. There is no indication that a human is observing or intervening.
What exactly happens when I inject text?
You type a message in the Supervisor panel and press send. Agoralia sends the text to the AI agent via a control API call. The agent speaks your exact words in its own voice, within the ongoing conversation. The prospect experiences it as a natural continuation of the agent's speech.
How many calls can I monitor at the same time?
The dashboard grid shows up to 50 simultaneous active calls, updating every 10 seconds. You can open one call at a time in the detail panel for transcript and coaching hints. There is no limit on the number of calls running in the background — the grid shows the most recent 50.
How fresh is the live transcript?
The transcript updates every 2 seconds via server-sent events from the database. In practice, you see new turns appear with a 2–4 second delay from when they were spoken. This is not a live audio stream — it is a near-real-time text feed of the conversation.
What are coaching hints and how do they work?
Every 3 conversation turns, Claude Haiku analyses the last 6 turns and generates a coaching hint of up to 15 words. Hints are categorised as: Objection detected (red), Interest signal (green), Confusion (yellow), Wrap up (blue), Silent (grey). Hints with high urgency also trigger a toast notification so you don't miss critical moments.
Can I use Live Supervisor for QA and training purposes?
Yes. Listen-only mode is ideal for QA review — you observe the full conversation without any risk of accidental intervention. Supervisors can review agent performance in real time, identify patterns across multiple calls, and use the coaching hints as a benchmark for what good and poor conversations look like.
